Stratford-upon-Avon

I realized a dream by going to visit Stratford-upon-Avon, 

the birthplace of William Shakespeare

It is a nice market town, steeped in history, and the best part is the walk along the banks of the River Avon, surrounded by hordes of ducks and swans

The Cotswolds

I am back from my holiday at the English countryside 

and already miss the green grass, the fresh air and the quiet

My favorite part was the early morning walks in the meadows and country roads, meeting horses, sheep, the occasional pig and some alpacas on the way, and hardly anyone else

The Chair Affair

My sister is moving the a new house 

and I made her four small chairs as a housewarming present

The chairs are made of metal and I put some padding underneath 
the woolen covers to make them extra comfy
